First Tamil Book on Emotional Intelligence -Idliyaga Irungal

When I ordered this book through online, I thought this is a normal self improvement book. But, after start reading I shocked since it is dealing about Emotional Intelligence, where none of the Tamil books ever speak before this subject.

After reading the introduction I expected Author Soma.Valliappan deal this subject in hard way… But, All my expectation, guessing was bursted when I started to read this 60 rupees book.

The power packed content of the book made some changes in my mind.

It is never preaching

The contents are never insisting…

Instead Soma Vallippan explained lot of incidents and he makes the reader to think about

what went wrong

what could be correct

The style and approach in this book is extraordinary and it is truly thinking gun. It asks lot of questions and makes reader to find answer himself…

After reading the book, my communication and approach entirely different in office and my entire office hours passing peacefully with full satisfaction… Earlier it was not.

My friend who is hard worker and has good reputation in work. Last week suddenly he quarreled with manager, apply leave for one week and leave from the office. I called him to my home and gave this book for reading… After read the book yesterday, He returned it and said following.

“Sir, you saved my Job. After read this book I can realize what I have done wrong and How I need to rectify it”…
