Here are 3 exercises you can do to burn your fats fast and keep them off for good.

Swimming
Swimming continuous laps in the pool for about 45 minutes to an hour will burn 800 calories.

Brisk Walking
This is the most easiest to implement if you dread exercising. Here’s how you can start brisk walking… you can either get up early to go for a walk around your neighborhood or do it after work in the evening. You can also try walking to the grocery store or train station instead of driving there.

Sprinting
This is high intensity cardio. High intensity cardio has been known to accelerate the matabolism that increases the rate of fat loss tremendously. If you’re just starting out with exercise, I would highly advise you to start off by brisk walking to build some stamina and once you feel you can keep going for a good 20 minutes or so, you should begin sprinting.

You should do these exercises for at least 45 minutes and for at least 4 times a week. In any case, doing any of these 3 exercises will mean a lean and fit you. And that’s what you want.
